JESUS Film Update
People's lives are being changed because of JESUS:

"He loved all humankind," said Ramesh in India. "The brothers showed the JESUS Film in our village. I saw God give His only son for all humankind. Jesus died on the cross for us all. He healed many people. I was happy to see all these things in the film. He taught me to love other people. Please pray for me and my family."
Pray for Ramesh and his family to be blessed through the shared love of Jesus Christ.
"It was a muddy place," said the team member in the Philippines. "We were scheduled to show the JESUS Film and were thankful there was only mud and no rain. We were able to make a contact in the area and have started fellowship groups for children, youth, and adults."
Praise God for using the JESUS Film as a way to begin discipleship for new believers.
"This was the first time I heard the teachings of Jesus," said Jorge in Guatemala. "I am thankful for the JESUS Film. I heard Jesus teach His disciples. I want to grow in the knowledge of God."
Praise God for giving Jorge the desire to know Him better!

The Empty Cross!

"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin" (Hebrews 4:15).
Since it was written by George Bennard in 1912, "The Old Rugged Cross" has remained enormously popular. Many of the most famous recording artists or groups have performed this old standard.
At this season of the year when we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ from the grave, it is important to remember that He is a risen Lord. His blood was shed on the cross to provide for our salvation, but He did not remain on the cross. The cross is empty—the price has been paid! He is now in heaven waiting to welcome us home.
"The Old Rugged Cross"
On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross,
The emblem of suffering and shame;
And I love that old cross where the dearest and best
For a world of lost sinners was slain.
Refrain:
So I'll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown.
O that old rugged cross, so despised by the world,
Has a wondrous attraction for me;
For the dear Lamb of God left His glory above
To bear it to dark Calvary.
